Puente Digital is a brand of Rafael Moreno Vicens, based in Palma de Mallorca. I am training in artificial intelligence at Learning Heroes: I have completed the University Programme in Artificial Intelligence (IA Heroes, May 2025 to May 2026) and I am now taking Super IA Heroes.

Cleanings, faults, bookings, traveller registration and owner statements for your holiday rental business, all from your phone, without relying on loose WhatsApp voice notes.

- 🚨 Check-ins at risk, today and tomorrow: cleaning not finished, shift without a cleaner or open fault before the guest arrives.
- 🧹 Cleaning shifts from your phone, with checklist and a "home ready" photo. If the booking dates change, the shift moves on its own and the cleaner is notified.
- 🔧 Faults with suppliers: you send the plumber the job from the incident itself (they open a link, no account needed) and you track maintenance costs.
- 🔑 Guest check-in: arrival message in the guest's language: you open it in WhatsApp or Gmail and send it yourself. An AI assistant answers common questions; whatever it cannot answer, it passes on to you.
- 🛂 Traveller registration: the app prepares it and sends it to SES.Hospedajes from the app, with your own credentials. You check it and send it. Tested in the Ministry's test environment; not yet in production.
- 🧾 Owner statements and invoices prepared for VERI*FACTU (chained record and QR code).
- 💬 AI assistant for you, inside the app and via WhatsApp: answers usage questions and quick queries about your data (what is due today, cleanings, incidents). It only looks things up, changes nothing, and if it does not know, it hands over to a person on the team.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Puente Digital OPS works in your browser, on your phone and on your computer. Your team, suppliers and owners sign in with a link or an account.
How does the free trial work?
14 days, no card and all modules switched on. You get access straight away, without confirming your email. At the end, the app is paused and your data is kept for up to 6 months; if you don't sign up, it is then deleted. If you decide to continue, I activate your account.
Does it connect with Airbnb and Booking?
You paste each platform's iCal link into the property record and bookings sync every hour, or straight away when you press «Sync». You can also upload a CSV. Airbnb and Booking only send dates through iCal, not the guest's name or contact details: you add those yourself. There is no direct connection with channel managers yet.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your guests', team's and owners' data belongs to you: Puente Digital processes it on your behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. I explain this in the privacy policy (in Spanish).
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of properties. Ask for a quote, no commitment, or start the free trial and we will go through it together in the app.
